Quaker Rainbow is in need of numerate people with good communication skills to become our new Treasurers!
This role offers experience in dealing with bank accounts, budgeting and similar tasks. In terms of budgeting and fundraising, there are lots of opportunities to fill the role with your own ideas.
Tasks include preparing the annual accounts and immediate reports for Community Meetings. Day to day work in this role is very minimal, though likely to slightly increase around the residential event in June.
As well as a handover from the current Treasurer, Quaker Rainbow’s Clerks and Convenors are available to support the Treasurers in their role. It is always possible to attend a Treasurer’s workshop or course at Woodbrooke or use other resources.
